Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Duration
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2/Tier-3 Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability.
Shipping Coverage
We ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through reliable partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 may apply to orders below the threshold or based on package weight and delivery zone.
Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can track your order live from your My Orders section or use the tracking link provided.
Failed Deliveries / Re-attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or wrong address, the courier will retry once. Please ensure accurate shipping details and availability to receive your package.
